The Outdoor School Bangkok celebrated another history by hosting the school’s first Christmas Orchestra Charity Concert. The event was a resounding success, bringing together students, teachers, and community members to raise money for a worthy cause.
Despite having only a short period to practice, the students did an incredible job with their performances, showcasing their talent and dedication to the concert.
Outdoor School Bangkok’s Christmas Orchestra Charity Concert was held at Bangkok Dance and Music Academy. It featured performances by various school ensembles, including the orchestra and the solo piano, flute, violin, drum and vocal performance. In addition, the audience was treated to a mix of traditional Christmas carols and holiday-themed pop songs, all of which were beautifully performed by the talented students.
But the concert was about more than just the music. It was also an opportunity to give back to the community, with all proceeds from donations going to a National Children’s Hospital that supports children and orphans in need during the holiday season.
The school would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the parent community for their continuous support of the school and its events. Without the help of dedicated parents and guardians, events like this would not be possible. The school’s director, Teacher Kiki, opened the concert by thanking everyone for their support and reminding the audience of the
importance of giving back to those in need.
As the concert came to a close, the orchestra band took the stage for a final “Jingle bells” performance, bringing the evening to a joyous and uplifting end.
Overall, the Outdoor School Bangkok’s first Christmas Charity Concert was heartwarming and festive, bringing the community together for a good cause. This will become a beloved tradition for years to come, and the students should be proud of their hard work and outstanding performances despite the short practice period. The school looks forward to continuing to work with the parent community to make future events even more successful.
